Kettlebells have been used in Eastern Europe and other parts of the world as the go to tool for full body strength and conditioning and are now quickly becoming an essential part of many athletes training routines.
In this DVD, certified strength and conditioning coach, Rik Brown, will guide you through the basics you'll need to implement kettelbells into your workout. He will start off by introducing you to some basic warm ups and
stretches to get you ready for your first workout. Once you're body is warm and mobile, he will teach you the basic techniques all kettebell lifters must know for an effective workout. He will then finish with some basic
intermediate and advanced routines for you to challenge yourself with.
Format: DVD NTSCNTSC is the standard video format used in North America and parts of Asia. This DVD will play on any standard DVD player in North America or other country where NTSC is used.
Most relatively new DVD players have the ability to convert signals from NTSC to PAL or vice versa. We sell NTSC and PAL DVDs to customers all over the world on a daily basis without much problem. Occasionaly there are a few customers with older set top DVD players that cannot do a signal conversion. If you have any doubts about the ability of your DVD player to properly convert the signal, please referance your manufacturer's instruction manual.
